Thurman Co. is pleased to offer a new “Project Management as a Service” product to our valued customers. This new service differs from our traditional Project Management service in that it allows customers to scale their project management resources to adapt to changing project requirements. Rather than contracting our Project Management team for a particular project, the client is instead selecting a subscription based service, and then applying those hours however they will best be utilized in the organization.
Thurman Co. is offering PMP-certified Project Managers, ready to be assigned to the client’s project in a matter of hours, equipped with a set of standardized tools and templates. The benefits to the client are:
- Reduced Cost – There is no need to bring a full time FTE for special projects if only a few hours of custom service are required
- On Demand Service – Thurman Co. Project Managers can be ready to start to work in a matter of hours
- Scalability – Subscribe for the support needed and update as resource needs change.
- PMP-certified Project Managers for each project. (Non-certified Project Managers are also available at a reduced cost, if desired.)

- Tier 1 non PMP – $5,600.00
Includes 32 hours of project management service by a trained project management manager who does not hold a PMP™ certification per month with additional hours available at $175.00 per hour. - Tier 1 PMP – $10,999.00
Includes 32 hours of project management service by a trained project management manager who holds a PMP™ certification per month with additional hours available at $350.00 per hour. - Tier 2 non PMP – $7,425.00
Includes 45 hours of project management service by a trained project management manager who does not hold a PMP™ certification per month with additional hours available at $165.00 per hour. - Tier 2 PMP – $14,750.00
Includes 45 hours of project management service by a trained project management manager who holds a PMP™ certification per month with additional hours available at $330.00 per hour. - Tier 3 non PMP – $8,525.00
Includes 55 hours of project management service by a trained project management manager who does not hold a PMP™ certification per month with additional hours available at $155.00 per hour. - Tier 3 PMP – $17,600.00
